The George Cross for the NHS? Dynamite up the asses of those who've ineptly made it the mess it is would've served more fittingly!

Do feel free to have a go 

at me if you want to, 

not that I actually 

bloody well care in the least; 

except to say and similarly 

informatively point out a 

cardinal fact you should 

actually know, which is 

I once trained and also

diligently too, worked 

as a nurse in the NHS 

when significantly, it 

was an organisation

and similarly also a 

diligent associative 

and accompanying 

inspiration of such 

ably praiseworthy 

altruism; and also

as it does happen, 

do have relatives 

and close friends 

evidently within

numerous fields 

of service inside  

it that still work 

so altruistically 

in an NHS with

identical views 

and just beliefs

in mind - more 

fools them all I 

say so proudly. 

The George Cross indeed! What 

about all those supermarket 

workers, delivery drivers,

post workers and many 

more too numerous to

mention here? But who all kept the 

entire country running, when the 

hereditary folk and their clearly 

likeminded privileged and also 

fawning elites were cowardly 

in hiding! And it makes little

sense, this gong, when from

personal experience many 

people clearly know how 

basically inept and fully 

financially, self-serving 

a lot of NHS registered 

surgeries uncensured  

and clearly, crucially  

selfishly interlinked 

with their GPs right 

over the enterity of 

the country simply 

and corruptly are!

Compounded fully by the 

numerous numbers of

people, with clearly 

witlessly indifferent and even 

distinctly basically callously 

as well, crucially cancelled 

and vitally required also a 

number of deservedly too 

major operations - every 

thing from cancer itself 

to crucially so perilous

and, characteristically

discernibly, painfully 

long outstanding hip

surgical procedures  

and who're suffering most 

egregiously, or else have

callously been allowed

to die, by money grabbing, self 

serving, odious blood suckers 

incompetently both running

and unfortunately working 

within the NHS! It's clearly 

high time now, all of these 

degenerate wastrels were 

clearly, and permanently  

gone! Dynamite anyone?
