cynically and very dishonestly
pushing! And, in my specific
case, is a denunciation that
is genuinely coming from
someone that essentially
trained, and previously
delightedly worked as
a psychiatric nurse in
regrettably what has
vilely morphed, into
a clearly rogue NHS.
Yet in 2021, I still do have
several close, biological
relatives, a number of
friends and other people who
I very overwhelmingly trust
doing their quite utmost in
a multiplicity of qualified
ways not simply, merely
to inject their devotion,
consummate empathy
accumulative diverse
skills into essentially
rejuvenating what's
undeniably so, now
a doomed dinosaur
but insultingly too
clearly seeing themselves
and others just like them
earnestly endeavouring
to reverse this awfully
severe, and injurious
trend; endeavouring
to assiduously right
egregious financial
wrongs. Clearly as
well, so generally
slated, for purely
morally and also
they've all taken
they are taking!

Significantly as it stands considerably more people are actually dying from cancelled hospital appointments and the inability to see their GPs - who're
still avariciously raking in their huge and basically so deceitfully unearned NHS payments while surgeries evilly remain permanently shut, than there are victims of Covid-19.
And poses the relevant question: can you remember when GPs: humanely, morally and professionally did out of hours calls and doctors not obviously thoroughly useless cronyism and also nepotistic paper manager jobsworths ran the NHS?
And if Dummkopf Willy boy actually thinks that the NHS is so grand - why
the hell then doesn't he, together with his Kraut mafia family Klan, use it?
