fitting one that lessons will be learnt!    
    
Evidently they patently never are    
and frankly never will be either    
with such self-centred, vilely    
nepotistic, significantly and discernibly
wholly entrenched vile social climbing
scum crucially benefiting undoubtedly
from the requisitely bountiful largesse  
of their discernibly nepotistic masters.  
For obviously it's always the same get  
out of jail absolutely free basic saying  
with them, and always self-evidently a  
sickening lie! Since in fact it's actually  
the identical old and unchanged word  
salad that these grotesquely overpaid  
incompetent and distinctively useless  
placement managers use all the time!

I'm no basher of the NHS who basically essentially actually wants to effectively see a literal reversion to what preceded the NHS in Britain before the latter was brilliantly created as distinctly the most outstanding achievement discernibly of Britain in my honest view. Furthermore, for my part par I did train and work both as an RMN and SRN in the NHS when it was self-evidently efficiently run by very keen, competent, commendable and as well unquestionably clearly meritorious Matrons, Chief Male Nurses and also a plethora of equally talented, committed and too dedicated, Sisters, Staff Nurses and other auxiliary staff and discernibly not a bloody so-called manager in sight because thankfully these odious curses literally didn't exist then.    
    
I eventually moved on not because I did become in anyway dissatisfied with the NHS; far from it! But from my childhood I always wanted to be an Academic and my very evidently adept, English Master at the Grammar school I attended quite professionally instilled in me, that great teachers, and he personally was among the best, a recognition we all of us who he taught honour to this day though he is no longer alive, quite intentionally set out to literally, sensibly acquire multiple experiences of life before they basically decide on quite fittingly returning to any classroom either as a qualified teacher or a lecturer. And becoming a nurse for me initially was actually my graduation in that regard. A very marked departure from what is so usually, commonplace across in the UK, where the majority of those in the educational system come out of school, go to university and then back into the classroom without having any concept of real life experiences. No wonder the UK educational system is in such a bloody mess and why I quit it in 1980 and moved to Germany!    
    
Incidentally that Grammar School that I referred to is in Barbados; it's called the Alleyne School; and that late irrefutably thoroughly distinguished Master was the immortal Mr Kenneth G. Doughlin. I suggest you check them both out!    
    
I've no time for incompetence and even less so for untalented, narcissistic and self-entitled, irrefutably, very nepotistic beneficiaries, and the NHS is distinctly replete with them as managers and it's my honest view that those managers in the Lucy Letby case should clearly be in court on culpable homicide charges!    
    
And to all those knockers and evidently gullible nut cases who run with the sick and odiously vile right-wing rags in very asininely, malignantly and evilly calling for and wanting a USA type supposedly health care system replacing the NHS, what you categorically need are rather urgent lobotomies assuming of course you have any brains - which I very much doubt! For there's nothing so apparently and simply distinctively wrong with the NHS that literally decidedly dumping all these managers wouldn't cure!    
    
Finally, let me put this question to all of you clowns out there. You plan a really nice holiday to somewhere in the sun; but are cajoled by a friend that he can actually get a better deal for you flight wise by someone who actually owns his own plane and is distinctly a keen flight enthusiast and what he doesn't know about aeroplanes, undoubtedly isn't really worth knowing, though he hasn't got a pilot's licence himself. In essence therefore would you sensibly have him fly you to your perspective holiday destination? So why then are unskilled and incompetent managers so-called running our NHS?

Put rather bluntly, serious and very valid research quite unquestionably, and also undoubtedly, literally discernibly shows, and similarly too, crucially and basically distinctly obviously; actually undeniably proves that there's clearly, irrefutably an enormous tsunami of essentially white bastardy, with its undeniably disastrous effects biologically and actually literally also, across the English speaking world and predominantly so in Britain; simply effectively so across the 4 constituent parts of that entity, basically in England and Wales, similarly Scotland and also Northern Ireland. Distinct bastards who distinctly aren't restricted solely to the so-called working class, or the perceived as plebeians. For surely as night follows the day there are also enormous amounts of such bastards within, essentially sired or conceived as a direct result of the clearly discernibly and obviously premeditatedly sexual activities: past, present and equally ongoingly, of the actually very ludicrously so-called monarchical and their similarly hereditary elites; likewise the quite social climbing aspirants, as well as those clear achievers in doing so; attendant likewise with those purported celebrities. Clearly, none of this is new nor am I being, in the least, subjectively castigatory! Obviously nowadays abortions can be quite legally had; but why  have one when such a slut as your odious self fully knows that such bastards can become a really enduring or even more beneficially so a lifelong state of quite assuredly national social security guarantees. Does this common scenario vividly ring any undoubtedly recognisable and personal bells specifically with you or those you know or cavort with?

Britain isn't alone though in this nakedly preponderance of undoubted biological bastards! Australia: self-evidently white immigrant infested, with its historically criminally inducted culture and history laced liberally with its sick genocidally, verminously enacted and deeply inured delusional, puerile Terra nuliius notions associated with that unquestionably barbarically stolen island/continent. New Zealand, Canada and the USA also, fall into the very same distinctly, identical category; with Ireland, where the Catholic Church undoubtedly has quite a lot of evil on its conscience, and much to obviously answer for but typically in spite of this, nevertheless consciously chooses to sanctimoniously as well as hypocritically firmly bury its head in the sands of pretend ignorance of the genuine facts. Aptly all this; as meanwhile across the waters effectively separating Ireland from Britain inside Wales, myriads there have grown up as they still do, fully believing that their mum and dad are essentially who they say that they are when in actuality their assumed "parents" are effectively their biological aunts or uncles or simply even their very own grandparents, who being married can create the odious farce of being that bastard child's parent, even when that specific offspring is the direct consequence of really rather sickening familial incest. Consequently in those very exact circumstances at the time of this child's birth they can  lie, and often did, that it was their own biologically, clearly with those lying excuses then recorded as facts on the child's birth certificate and similarly other relevant documents, and a blatant travesty of a lie passed off as the truth. Invariably with the child literally growing up into adulthood and never knowing who they unquestionably are!

Why am I raising and even writing about this subject matter?  Significantly throughout my life I have unquestionably and most categorically too, quite absolutely detested all forms of essentially odiously; markedly manifestly, toxically verminous and also evidently all manifestations of crucially evilly created hypocrisy! Indisputably so when these are characteristically rather pernicious and undoubtedly also, egregiously malevolent traits; obviously, instinctively fortified either idiotically, subconsciously or usually consciously by an evidently unwarranted sense of racism and perversely, noxious racial superiority. All this coming from those specifically who ironically, haven't the merest idea of who they undoubtedly are biologically!

It's also to put in perspective the range of insults, hatred and overt racism that is consistently directed at Meghan by people so sick in the head it's a great mystery to me their conditions don't combustibly kill them. Whatever! But actually having people individually as well as collectively spewing their vile hatred at a woman they don't know, or have met is utter madness per se! So here’s my proposition to you, and why I wrote this poem. Next time and before you decide to have a go at Meghan do check out first who you really are. And don't say it doesn't matter, for it obviously does, else there categorically wouldn't be any need at all for programmes like "Long Lost Families" which you're quite addicted to.

Meghan, just like myself - subjects to be fully featured in upcoming articles of mine - categorically knows who her biological parents are; just as she and Harry likewise know they are the real, biological parents of their two darling children, Archie and his sister Diana who purblind pillocks like you have no problem whatsoever racially and otherwise vilifying, even though they're obviously innocent children barely out of their infancy. But were the same things to be done to William and Kate's sprogs you same lot would be totally uproariously, up in your self-righteous anger and condemnation. The same obsession on your part in vilely having Archie and Diana literally permanently removed from the nonsensical line of accession to the British monarchy. There are clearly loads out there actually in line to this medieval farce but you're not clamouring for their removal as well; even though they realistically don't have any hope of specifically ever vaguely becoming the monarch of the UK. But actually all this shit mentally, as well as obviously verbally, coming from you prats is undeniably primarily because unlike the others both Archie and his sister are regarded as non-white by you so that clearly undoubtedly, does disqualify them; since rather categorically not in the least being at all members of your puerile master race the presence of Archie, sister Diana and mother Meghan quite obviously sorely taints your very precious monarchy; so by all means available they must be obviously got rid of! But naturally self-evidently you purblind racist cunts simply don't have the guts to undeniably say so quite openly and similarly honestly; so, pathetically instead, you rather pathetically jump on a bandwagon of very spurious and nonsensical excuses solely to justify your rabidly entrenched racism.

How pitiable on your British part in tandem with rather self-evidently the vast majority of Australians, massively significant numbers of European Canadians, equally ostensibly New Zealanders and the Irish! Evidently, unquestionably as you pathetically and fatuously are, the undoubtedly archetypal BASTARDS that you irrefutably are. So seriously, go get a personal grip on your pitiable selves, and essentially significantly sort yourselves out first before you distinctly rather idiotically decide to, or customarily carry on lecturing, to all those whom you very ludicrously consider to be innately inferior to your supposedly, superior selves.

I'm absolutely quite sure that you very
vividly remember precisely how Harry
and Meghan, obviously affectionately
holding hands in public or embracing
openly: effectively the sorts of things
that literally genuinely in love married
and also single heterosexual couples,
as distinct, from what Stepford wives
with bisexual or outright closet queer
husbands do, were, and still basically
generally are very vitriolically abused
and vilely condemned as well as very
sickeningly, also harshly, unabatingly
vilified by quite toxic rags the crucial
and obviously verminous likes of the
Daily Mail, other rightwing rags; their
odious plethora of obsessive, social
climbing Karen and Gammon hacks;
illiterate trolls and usually paid bots!

Attendant also with the surfeit of

and Meghan have obviously, voluntarily
left the Windsor Klan the same William
and Kate are discernibly and quite ably
proactively assisted by this undeniably
hugely extravagant, palace PR mission
team, and obviously likewise the same
likemindedly, clearly racially, rightwing,
Nazi rags plus those very malevolently
egregious actually toxically verminous
and electronic media now distinctively
and rather hypocritically, praising Kate
and William for quite essentially aping
their own nemesis Meghan and Harry!

There are undoubtedly people in Britain who'd like to see and likewise be quite an effective part of genuinely and quite enduring democratic change in Britain; but alas the UK society is so distinctly fixated in a Medieval mind-set and quite deeply as well an evidently entrenched class oriented structure of living that it is far easier to accept the interminable, obviously unfair, and non-meritocratic way of living than to effectively actually go about challenge it a move to simply get those requisite and beneficial to all, other than the greedy and evidently so obdurately greedy and discernibly quite unwarrantedly so, clearly extravagantly privileged.  
 
Wealth and privileged distinctly earned and clearly acquired through one's very own honest, distinctively hardworking, and undoubtedly entrepreneurial skills and endeavours actually should and as well must be enthusiastically, fervently encouraged, celebrated and rewarded. However, in my analysis of things there is no place for ascendancy and clearly to the very top of any society and aptly one that calls itself a democracy simply through the asinine notion of birth right. For all that seriously does is to indelibly imprint in the minds of such recipients that their alleged birth right instinctively accords to them immutably, rights and likewise privileges not meant for others and as such are theirs exclusively. And all this irrespective usually of their very glaring disabilities and stupidity.  
 
A referendum on the British monarchy would probably produce the same quite asinine response in favour of it as the same patently intellectually challenged assholes dysfunctional achieved with the disastrous pro-Brexit vote. And this is evidently because most white British voters are very ingrained idiots, such is the hold that their entrenched classism and perversely brainwashed kowtowing to their unquestionably very supposedly superior betters - when in reality, there's absolutely nothing at all that's superior about the vast majority of them.  
 
And reminds me vividly of a case I dealt with several years ago when at the time I assisted as a formally trained but then voluntary marriage guidance counsellor with what was then the British Marriage Guidance Council, now called Relate.
 
There was this female in her 30s who'd conceived 4 kids out of wedlock by the same man whose vocation in life it did seem to me was to embark on different crime sprees when he was out of jail as well as literally actually knock the shits out of this female and their 4 kids until he was bungled up once more in prison for some additionally crime, which he'd done. Interestingly enough even though the neighbours would routinely call the police or the ambulance on those scary situations this woman naturally always bluntly refused to press charges or give evidence against this man in court even when her kids were themselves, on the receiving end of their dad's barbarity.  
 
Ultimately, as a last resort, prior to the social services removing the kids from her this woman agreed to counselling, and I generally became her counsellor. Obviously those details are confidential but this essentially isn't, as it is so very self-evidently stupid to anyone with half a functioning brain or even a modicum of common sense. This woman stayed with this man because in her words: "I know that he really loves me and what he does to me is his way of showing it."
 
It's now 2023 and the 21st Century, and that incident, which I've described took place in the 20th Century but situations like that woman's are still very prevalent within, and crucially across the societal divides in the UK. And that undoubtedly sums up the monarichal barbarity quite deeply entrenched in Britain; since you fawning serfs worship these Windsors because you effectively know that they love you. And who told you so, their PR people and beneficiaries like the clearly hereditary owners of the Daily Mail and their illiterate hacks!
